How it works
3-5 years guaranteed rent
We guarantee your rental income for the duration of the management agreement.

Viewings
We conduct viewings for our professional clients who require long and short term properties. During this period of tenant finding, we pay you in order to minimise your void period!
Maintenance and management
We take control of the management and maintenance of the property, so you won’t have to.
End of contract, what happens then?
At the end of your agreement with us, we can discuss the following options available to you.
1. Extend the contract
2. We return the property with upgraded refurbishment
3. We could arrange for the purchase of the property.
